Move Over Hogwarts!

On August 1st, 2016 a NEW school of magick will open online. It is called Stonehaven Academy of Applied and Theoretical Magick, or simply ‘Stonehaven Academy’ for short.

As of this writing it is the first school of its kind in the world. Sure, there are other schools with the word magic, witch, witchcraft or wizardry in the title. Some of these schools are fictional like Hogwarts, Groosham Grange or Veritas. Others are real with real teachers and students such as The Witch School, The Grey School of Wizardry or The Mystic Dream Academy. There are 3 main features that make Stonehaven stand out from the rest:

1) A collegiate style structure with class credit requirements, required and elective classes (for certificate programs,) 3 levels and highly qualified professor/ teachers.

2) Focus on PRACTICAL MAGICK in TRADITION NEUTRAL ways. What does this mean? It means that at Stonehaven Academy you’re taught the underlying forces, the ways and means to make magick work. Stonehaven is all about results-based magick. To use a favorite analogy, Stonehaven doesn’t just teach you how to play a song; it teaches you how to create your own MUSIC. With the training you receive you are powerfully equipped to function in ANY branch of magick you choose to practice.

3) A FULLY interactive learning platform that is especially designed for LOW-TECH folks who have only the most basic computer knowledge. If computers scare you, you’ll be happy to know that our learning platform is just what the doctor ordered!
